Session Fee

Individual therapy sessions are $225 per session. Payment is processed automatically via credit card through my secure client portal following each session.

Cancellation Policy

I require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full session fee.

Insurance & Out-of-Network Benefits

I am not in-network with any insurance providers. However, many clients are able to use their out-of-network benefits to receive partial or full reimbursement for sessions. After each session, I can provide you with a superbill — a detailed receipt you can submit directly to your insurance company for reimbursement.

To find out if you have out-of-network benefits, contact your insurance provider and ask:

• Do I have out-of-network coverage for mental health counseling?

• What is my deductible and has it been met?

• What is my coverage after meeting the deductible?

• How many sessions per year does my plan cover?

• Do I need a referral or prior authorization to see an out-of-network provider?

Why Some Clients Choose to Pay Out of Pocket

When you use insurance, your provider may require a formal diagnosis, limit the number of sessions covered, and retain access to your treatment records. Paying out of pocket gives you greater privacy, flexibility, and control over your care — with no limits on how long we work together or what we focus on.
